Cook the cabbage in boiling water or steam until tender; drain and finely chop.

Fry the onion until golden. Rinse the bulgur with water and soak in hot water for 30 minutes. Then drain. Add it to the pan with the onion and cabbage. Add the walnuts, hot pepper paste, and other spices to taste (salt, pepper, cumin, pomegranate molasses). Fry the ingredients and stir with olive oil for a few minutes, and serve the dish at room temperature or hot as desired.
