Ingredients

  • ½ kilogram of salmon fillet, cut into 4 small pieces

  • 3 large tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste or concentrated tamarind

    Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and curry and sauté for a few minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and tamarind and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.

    Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper and place it in the pan on top of the tomato sauce. Place the tomato slices on the fillet and put it in the oven at 205 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes at most to avoid overcooking the fish. Then serve.
