To prepare the garlic and lemon sauce, in a small pot over high heat, add the lemon juice, garlic, green pepper, coriander, chili, black pepper, and salt, and stir well. Then let the mixture boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat, letting it simmer for about 8 minutes.

When the pepper is cooked, gradually add the Lurpak cooking liquid and stir for two minutes, then remove from heat and keep warm until serving.

To prepare the fish spice mix, in a deep bowl, mix the cumin with the red pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, salt, and chili.

Season each piece of fish with the spice mix and place on a plate. Repeat the process for all pieces.
