Ingredients

    To prepare the dough, sift the flour and place it in a bowl with the salt. Add the ghee and water, and knead the dough well until it becomes firm. Then cover it and let it rest for about an hour.

    To prepare the filling, place the minced meat and onions in a frying pan over heat. Season the meat and onion mixture with salt and pepper, stir well, and let it cook until the water evaporates and it is done.
