    Place the flour in a deep bowl and add the sugar, salt, and oil. Mix the ingredients well with your fingertips until they turn into crumbs.

    Add the dissolved yeast and mix with the mixture, gradually adding small amounts of water until a dough forms. Then cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and set aside for 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion for two minutes. Then add the minced chicken and stir until cooked. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and eggplant. Stir the ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and crumbled chicken bouillon cubes. Stir the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are well cooked and the liquid evaporates. Add the pine nuts and spices, then stir the ingredients and remove from heat.

    Roll the dough into a thin sheet about 3 mm thick, then cut circles from the dough using a medium-sized cup or a dough cutter. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each piece and seal the edges by folding them over or pressing them with a fork.

    Place the stuffed sambousek on a greased baking tray with oil or melted butter, leaving a 1 cm space between them. Set in a warm place for 30 minutes or until the sambousek dough rises.
