Finely chop the onion, fresh coriander, and green chili.

Sauté the onion in oil, then add the vegetables, salt, black pepper, and curry, stirring the mixture until slightly wilted, then remove from heat.

Add the mashed potatoes, coriander, and Kraft cheddar cheese to the onion and vegetable mixture off the heat to preserve the green color of the coriander, and set the filling aside to cool.

Roll out the sambousek dough and fill it with the cold filling, using a teaspoon for each piece, then fold the edges and seal the sambousek into triangles.

Heat some oil in a deep frying pan to fry the sambousek until golden brown on all sides, then drain and place on a serving plate alongside hot sauce.
