To prepare the dough, mix the dough ingredients together except for the water. Gradually add the warm water while kneading until the dough becomes firm. Set aside to rise for about half an hour.

To prepare the filling, heat the oil in a frying pan and add the meat, onions, and pine nuts, then add salt and black pepper. Cook the mixture over heat while stirring until the meat changes color, then remove from heat.

Add the parsley to the meat mixture, and the filling is ready.

Roll out the dough on a surface dusted with flour and roll it out well, then cut into circles with a diameter of 10 cm.
