- Cheese slices0
- Vegetable oil, for grilling the steak2 tablespoons

Marinate the steak in the marinade for four hours (I usually marinate it the day before).

Place the steak slices on a hot grill after greasing them (a non-stick frying pan can also be used).

Leave it until browned and cooked through, then flip to brown the other side.

Remove the steak after cooking and place it on a plate, covering it.

Open the ciabatta loaf and spread mayonnaise on both sides, then layer with lettuce, followed by the steak, tomato slices, and cheese, and cover with the second layer of bread. Serve after cutting it into desired sizes.

You can heat the oven from above and place the loaf to melt the cheese before adding the second layer of bread and serving.
