    Clean the fish with flour, olive oil, and lemon thoroughly, then fry in a pan with oil until browned and cooked well.

    Fry the sliced onion in the same oil until it turns golden.

    Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes.

    In a pot on the stove, place a small amount of onion, a little rice, and fish slices, then add another amount of onion, fish spices, cumin, pepper, and ginger, rice, and fried onion to completely cover the fish.
