Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and place them on a flat plate, covering them with plastic wrap.
5 min - 3
Let the dough balls rest for at least 4 hours (if you made it the night before, that's fine).
240 min - 4
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium to low heat. At this time, take a ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin circle (the dough does not need to be dusted with flour at all), then place the flatbread in the skillet without oil or any fat.

Leave the flatbread until it browns, then flip it and brown the other side.
5 min - 6
You will notice while browning that the flatbread puffs up in several places. Take a large flat spoon or a piece of cloth and press down on the puffed areas to release the air.
5 min - 7
When browning each flatbread, take it and place it on a plate lined with parchment paper or white sandwich paper, placing a layer of paper between each flatbread and covering them well with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
5 min - 8
Fill them with any filling you desire and serve.
5 min - 9
The preparation time is the resting time of the dough, as preparing it does not exceed 15 minutes.
