Place the flour in a bowl and add warm water, yeast, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Knead until a soft and easy dough forms, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.

After the dough has risen, cut it into circles and drizzle with sunflower oil. Let it rest until it's time to shape it into flatbreads.

Cut the chicken into small pieces resembling shawarma and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and vinegar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Place the chicken pieces in a pan over heat with a little olive oil and the Maggi broth cube and spices. Add the onions, garlic, and bell pepper, and stir until the chicken is cooked and browned. Set aside.

Cut the potatoes into sticks and fry in deep oil, then remove and set aside.

Place the saj (or tava) in the oven and brush with a little oil.

Take the first circle of dough, roll it out, and shape it until you get a thin flatbread. Place it on the saj. When bubbles appear, flip the flatbread to the other side, then remove and spread some mayonnaise, a little lettuce, cucumber, and carrot on it.

Place a portion of the chicken shawarma on the vegetables, add some fried potatoes, and drizzle with tahini sauce to taste, then roll it up.
