    To make the dough, mix the flour with salt in a deep bowl, then gradually add water and knead by hand until a soft dough is formed. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    To make the meat filling, sauté the onion in a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a small frying pan over high heat until golden, then add the minced meat, nutmeg, salt, and spices, and stir until the meat is browned. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut it into circles, each with a diameter of 4 cm.
