  • Meat, with bone and a piece of tripe as desired

  • Mixed spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, wormwood, and galangal

    Wash the meat and tripe well, cut them, and place them in the pressure cooker with the melted ghee, then add water and let it boil.
