Wash the chicken well, then cut it into four or eight pieces depending on size and preference, preferably into small pieces for quicker cooking.

Slice the onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes into rings. Squeeze the lemon and cut its peel into small pieces.

Place the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and garlic in a bowl and add mustard, ketchup, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and the chopped lemon peel, then mix the ingredients well.

Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and mix the ingredients well until fully combined.

Place the chicken in a tray and brush the top with yogurt.

Cover the tray with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator until the next day.
