Remove the ends of each hot dog and cut into several pieces.

To make the pizza sauce, in a casserole, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic, followed by the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover the casserole and let the mixture simmer on low heat for about an hour, then blend until it becomes a sauce and return it to the casserole (it will lighten in color after blending).

Take several sticks of pasta and insert a piece of hot dog into each stick at different places so that the hot dog piece is in the middle of the pasta sticks (the picture illustrates the method).

Boil the pasta in the usual way, drain it, and place it on a serving plate. Top with Parmesan cheese, then add the sauce and serve (the sauce should be hot when served).
