Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the garlic and rosemary, and once you smell their aroma, add the steak and brown it on both sides over medium heat. Once browned, remove it from the pan onto a plate.

In the same pan, reduce the remaining oil from frying the steak and add the mushrooms. Sauté them, then add a tablespoon of flour, hot water, and the Maggi cube. Let them boil for 10 minutes, then return the steak and let it boil for an additional 15 minutes. Check the salt and turn off the heat.

Melt the butter in a pot, add the rosemary and garlic clove, then add the flour and stir. Next, add the steak sauce we prepared and the water, stirring well to avoid lumps with a whisk. Then add the cream; at this stage, remove the sprig of rosemary and garlic. Let it boil until thickened, then add the cooked pasta. Let them boil together for a few minutes and serve alongside the steak with a little steak sauce on top.
