Layers of Caramel and Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups of crushed digestive biscuits2 cup

To prepare the caramel, place the two cans of sweetened condensed milk in a pot without opening them and submerge them in water, then leave them on the heat for two and a half hours.

Add hot water whenever the amount in the pot decreases; after the time has passed, turn off the heat and leave the cans of condensed milk in the water until the next day.

The next day, remove the cans of milk from the water and place them in the refrigerator until completely cool.

Mix the crushed biscuits with the butter to form a cohesive dough, then press it into the bottom of a Pyrex dish.

Open the small can of condensed milk and pour it over the biscuit layer.

Place the dish in the refrigerator to cool well.

Whip the fresh cream well until it doubles in volume and spread it over the layer of sweetened condensed milk in the dish, then return it to the refrigerator for about an hour to set.

After the time has passed, remove the dish from the refrigerator, pour the can of condensed milk over the whipped cream, then arrange the banana slices on top of the Nestle, and return the dish to the refrigerator to set slightly.

When serving, drizzle honey over the bananas, then cut the dish into pieces and serve immediately.
