    Boil the squid for only 5 minutes.

    Slice the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes into julienne strips.

    In a pot over heat, heat the oil and add the onions and salt, then stir well. Add the bell peppers and stir for two minutes, then add the dried lime with all the spices and continue stirring.

    Add the squid while stirring over medium heat, then add a cup of hot water and the chopped celery. Cover the pot well and leave it over medium heat for 10 minutes.

    Pour the mixture into a clay pot or Pyrex and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until the top is browned.
