    In a bowl, place the salmon and add the marinade ingredients except for the cornstarch, mix well, and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

    In a pan over high heat, heat the oil, then add the salmon and sprinkle cornstarch over it until the salmon is coated with starch, separating the pieces if they stick together, and fry for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
