Ingredients
- 4 slices of cod or sole fish4 slice
- 125 grams of shrimp, boiled and peeled125 grams

In a frying pan, sauté the onion in butter for 3-4 minutes, then add the garlic and continue sautéing until the garlic is fragrant. Then add the mushrooms, tomato, salt, and spices while stirring continuously.

Place the fish slices on top of the vegetables in the same pan. Add ¾ cup of water.

When the water boils, reduce the heat and cover the pan for 10 minutes. When the fish slices are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a serving dish, covering them with aluminum foil to keep warm.

Place the shrimp on top of the vegetables in the pan and cook until half of the water evaporates.

In the meantime, whisk the egg yolk with the lemon juice and cream, then mix it with the shrimp and turn off the heat (do not let the cream boil).

Pour the shrimp and sauce mixture over the fish and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
