Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 5 mm and place it in a 30 cm tart pan, covering the bottom and all sides. Bake the pastry without the filling in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Spread the crab paste over the cooled pastry.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the green onions and spinach, and sauté over medium heat until wilted. Add the water and Maggi chicken broth, and cook the ingredients for about 5 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed. Then, spread the mixture over the crab paste.

Whisk the eggs with the cream and season well with red pepper.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and crab meat to the cream mixture.

Place the tart on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The tart should turn golden but the pastry should not become too hard.
