    Mix all the dough ingredients together and knead until smooth, cover the dough and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours.

    Divide the dough into balls, roll into oval shapes and place on a greased baking sheet, let them rest for 30 minutes, brush the loaves with egg white.

    Mix all the filling ingredients together without frying them and distribute over the loaves.

    Fold the edges of the loaf slightly inward over the filling and seal only the thin edges together.
