Mix the warm liquid milk with sugar and instant yeast and set aside until it ferments; it will ferment quickly. Knead the dough with all the ingredients except for the oil, using one and a half cups of it, leaving the other half for later.

Once the kneading is complete, add the remaining oil and mix the dough so it doesn't stick to your hands; the dough should be soft. Cover the pizza dough with plastic wrap and let it rise.

When it has risen, prepare the pizza plate and spread the dough on it, ensuring it is thin and not thick. You can place the dough in a large plate or divide it into smaller pieces or on two plates.

To prepare the pizza sauce, place all the ingredients on the heat and stir until the tomatoes soften, then mash the mixture with a spoon until smooth and set aside.

Spread the pizza sauce on top; do not use too much sauce to avoid making the center of the dough soggy.

Sauté the vegetables in the pan and then set them aside.

Distribute the vegetables, then crumble the feta cheese randomly on top. Place it in a preheated oven on the top rack, keeping an eye on it as it cooks quickly; it will not take more than a quarter of an hour. Once the edges are browned, it is ready. Serve the pizza with tea.
