Ingredients
- Grape leaves, washed with warm water and trimmed0.5 kilogram

- Lamb ribs, separated1 kilogram

To make the filling: In a deep bowl, add the rice, ground meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil over high heat, then add the grape leaves. Let the leaves sit for a full minute before removing them from the heat and draining. Place the leaves under cold water, then drain again and set aside.

Lay one grape leaf flat, then place about a teaspoon of the filling in the center of the leaf. Roll the leaf around the filling like a machine by folding the sides inward first and then rolling the leaf tightly. Be careful not to let the filling escape.

Using a zucchini peeler, peel the zucchini, then wash and drain it.

Stuff the zucchini with the ground meat and rice mixture, then set aside.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the meat ribs, then fry them in a frying pan until browned. Drain the fried ribs in the bottom of a deep pot.

Place the rolled grape leaves over the meat ribs, then place the stuffed zucchini on top of the leaves.

Add the lemon juice, then cover the contents of the pot with boiling water. Place a small plate over the contents of the pot to keep them in place.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 1 and 1/2 hours or until the contents are cooked. Remove from heat.

Set the zucchini aside and invert the contents of the pot into a serving dish. Arrange the zucchini around the sides of the plate.
