Wash the grape leaves and then drain them.

Wash the rice and then soak it in water with a little salt for half an hour.

In a large bowl, combine the rice with the remaining ingredients: tomatoes, onion, mint, parsley, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, coffee, cardamom, salt, black pepper, dried mint, half a lemon, and pomegranate molasses, and mix well.
