Steps

    First, we sauté the onion with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Add the garlic and green chili pepper.

    Stir them, then add the tomatoes and let them wilt on low heat covered for ten minutes.

    Remove the tomatoes and add a tablespoon of oil, stir in the shrimp, and after a minute mix it with the tomatoes, stir for a few minutes until the ingredients are well combined.

    Sprinkle a pinch of spices, whole coriander seeds, sugar, and salt.
