We cook the rice and add four tablespoons of salt, covering it with water until cooked, then set it aside.

We add the oil, chicken, the mixture of onions with garlic, potatoes, spices with cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, red pepper, salt, tomatoes, and yogurt, and place all these ingredients inside the pressure cooker and let it cook until the potatoes and chicken are well done.

We sprinkle the colors on the rice until it is all colored and becomes orange, yellow, green, red, and white.

We place the rice on top of the chicken and put the burnt onions over the rice, distributing it all over the rice.

After this, we take the cup with the onion and oil and ignite the charcoal until it turns red.

We place it inside the cup directly over the oil and close the pressure cooker immediately to keep the smoke inside, then turn off the heat on the pressure cooker.

When serving the dish, we place the rice at the bottom of the plate and put the chicken on top of the rice, and the ingredients with the chicken from the pressure cooker on top of the chicken, and the rest on the rice, then we sprinkle raisins, almonds, or peas on top for garnish as desired, and serve the rice and chicken hot.
